# COMBOSATION APP - TERMS OF USE

## 1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Combosation, a messaging application that combines traditional chat features with AI-powered assistance. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Combosation app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

## 2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

### 7.2 AI Limitations

- AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors

- Combo should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or professional advice

- We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content

- AI features may be unavailable due to technical issues or service limitations

## 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

### 8.1 App Ownership

The App, including all content, features, design, graphics, and functionality, is owned by Combosation and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

### 8.2 User Content

- You retain ownership of content you create and share

- By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service

- You represent that you have the right to share all content you upload

The App may contain content owned by third parties. All third-party content is the property of its respective owners.

## 9. MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATIONS
